We had a great time during our vacation; the staff was friendly, and the beachfront location was ideal with a jacuzzi in our twin room.

I really appreciated the hospitality! The staff were welcoming and ready to assist with whatever questions we had. It is very pleasant to receive such excellent quality of customer service. The owners have put great care into the hotel, it is surrounded by beautifully kept garden and flowers, it almost gives you the feeling of being amidst a botanical garden. The restaurant was excellent!

We expected that the hotel is within walking distance from the beach and it is not. Basically, a car is a must whether you head to the beach or to Villasimius. The hotel is outside the village and right next to the road (there is a big parking lot which separates the hotel so from that point of view the road does not "ruin" the view in any way). The road has two lanes and not any kind of sidewalk so even though one is very close to Villasimius - 2 min by car, it is dangerous to walk. The road is a main one so can be a bit noisy for people who sleep very light (and like to sleep late).

location: the hotel was just off the surrounding area, most beaches in the area and the centre of villasimius. and it was just a pleasant stroll away from incantesimo, ate there couple of times. we had the twin room which was spotless and fantastic.

The breakfasts here are great with excellent cappuccino and fresh fruit, and the staff is very nice overall.

The restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The reception staff were extremely helpful and offered lots of advice.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was excellent and great value for money. The views from our hotel room were beautiful, and the hotel itself was on the main route through to villasimius, so very easy to locate.

A nice size and brand-new unit with a jacuzzi. Unbeatable and excellent location, at a walking distance from Villasimius town center. - Near to the best beaches in Sardegna, beautiful surroundings, and the restaurant.

Staff of hotel is very nice, open-hearted and friendly!!! Atmosphere's homy. Thanks to Maria and her husband! Location of hotel is convenient. Design of hotel and area around it is stylized. Coffe and sweet cakes on the breakfast are very delicious!

You should really try to have dinner there. Food is great. For that you shoud stay here and enjoy the good life.

A bit noisy, not in Villasimius city centre.

The personnel was attentive and excellent. the location was comfortable, in a beautiful setting, in a very relaxing area.

Nice hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Generous breakfast. Situated a little outside Villasimius so, if you don't want to drive, it's a walk along a busy unlit road to get to the restaurants in town. Hotel restaurant is fine but we didn't feel we wanted to eat there every night. Convenient location for the lovely beaches.

On the Sunday night there was a large private party in the hotel with loud music which kept us awake until 2.30am. It might be worth checking with the hotel before you book if they are planning anything like that during your stay. Otherwise the hotel was very peaceful and quiet.

The territory and sea in Villasimius are just fabulous! A nature reserve where the Fauna, Flora, and Posidonia create a unique ecosystem. The famous beaches are a paradise for tourism. By the way, Le Anfore's restaurant is top-notch too.

Who needs easy access to restaurants in the evening? Certainly not me, especially when walking in the dark on dangerous roads is so much fun!

our second stay in villasimius exceeded all expectations. the staff at the hotel, from signora maria to giovanni and raffaele, made us feel like family. the beautiful new rooms, delicious restaurant, and stunning pool and garden were just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
